Indecimal (Hexindecimal Services Pvt. Ltd.) is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. We operate as a tech-powered construction facilitator for residential and commercial builds in India, facilitating engagements for construction, interiors, and renovation services through a consultative model involving End Customers and designated Contractors.
The Indecimal platform grants access to both End Customers and Contractors for reviewing project-specific information, tracking progress, and ensuring transparency. We also provide assistance in construction financing, quality assurance, real-time project reporting, and long-term maintenance support (AMC).
Your engagement with our platform implies acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms set forth under this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
It is to be noted that substantial time, effort, and resources are expended by Indecimal in the process of assessing customer-specific requirements, preparing detailed design documentation, conducting site surveys, and liaising with third-party professionals. Recommendations concerning project execution and contractor alignment are made subsequent to a comprehensive evaluation of various criteria, including but not limited to budget considerations, geographical location, design expectations, project timeline, and the historical performance of contractors. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy. Indecimal reserves the right to modify this policy at any time with appropriate notice to our clients.
It is acknowledged that certain costs are incurred by Indecimal at various phases of the project, including site visits, technical evaluations, surveys, design development, and mobilization of resources. Upon receipt of a cancellation request, deductions shall be applied to the payment received, based on the services rendered. Additional recovery of costs may be executed via separate invoicing.
Cancellations effected subsequent to any payment transaction shall attract service charges as per the following structure:

In cases where the cumulative service cost exceeds the amount already paid by the End Customer, the outstanding balance shall be remitted within a period of 60 business days from the date of notification. In the event of delayed payment, interest at the rate of 18% per annum shall be levied from the original due date, if applicable.
All eligible refunds shall be processed via electronic transfer (NEFT/RTGS) within a period of 60 business days following the execution of a duly signed Settlement and Release Agreement. No cash refunds shall be entertained.
Indecimal reserves the unilateral right to modify or amend the provisions outlined in this policy. Notification of such revisions shall be made available to all customers. Continued usage of the Indecimal platform shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms, which shall be considered final and binding.
In the event the project falls under the purview of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), any requests for refund or cancellation shall be governed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act and the respective rules and regulations enacted by the relevant State Authority.
